missingWrote a review on Nov 30mountain viewsfamily activitiesgreat amenitiesmaintenance issues
The hotel features stunning mountain views that can truly elevate your experience. If you're traveling with family, the variety of activities offered is a solid option to keep everyone entertained during your stay.
The parking lot resembles a crater-riddled field more than a proper facility, which is quite a bummer. Maintenance issues abound, from low shower pressure to the uncertain water temperature fluctuating between sizzling and icy. In-room amenities are missing too. for a place advertised at a higher price point, having neither a microwave nor a mini-refrigerator feels quite inadequate. Moreover, the dining options seriously lack variety, with the restaurant primarily acting as a bar, neglecting family-friendly dining altogether. Overall, while there’s potential, the stated facilities show a dire need for upkeep and updates.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17unique decorfamily-friendly activitiesexcellent bakerypoor maintenancenoisy roomsslow service
The location offered stunning views, and the unique Swiss-themed decor added charm to the resort. The children loved the animal area with goats, and we enjoyed the on-site bakery. The pool area, though beautiful, had a few maintenance issues like peeling ceiling paint. The room felt a bit outdated, especially the furniture, which showed wear and tear. Although the staff were friendly, I experienced some slow service at the restaurant during breakfast. The hot tub was nice, but it could have been warmer. The nightly noise from adjacent rooms affected our relaxation, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about the amenities offered. Overall, it was a fun family getaway with potential for improvement.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17in-house bakeryspacious layoutcommunication hiccups
Unique in-house bakery served delightful pastries, a must-try for the sweet tooth. The spacious layout of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds allowed for a comfortable stay, especially for groups.
The absence of basic amenities like a microwave or refrigerator in the so-called 'basic' room felt like a letdown, especially considering the price. Additionally, pool access timed out at 10 PM, leaving no options for late-night relaxation, while noise from connecting rooms made getting a good night's sleep a struggle. Maintenance complaints piled up with broken hot tubs and erratic internet connectivity, impacting the overall comfort and enjoyment.

Had the best group trip with friends! We loved visiting Deer Valley Ski Resort and checking out the longest zip line course in the world. The hotel is a great base for exploring. The grounds are well-kept and relaxing. Plus, the goats around the property were a fun surprise!
The front desk service was a bit frustrating. I had issues with my coffee machine, and it took ages to get help. Would've loved a more attentive staff during our stay.
